If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book really helped me with I can't say enough good things about this book! We are all in some condition at different times in our life. This book maps out exactly what to do. The steps are right there for you to apply to help you get yourself out of a bad condition and moving on up to a better one. And, if you're on top, you can apply the technology to stay there. Who wouldn't want that? I only wish I'd been aware of Scientology ethics technology sooner! My kids are studying "The Ethics Course" (for children) in our home school, and it really fills me with joy to see them handling and solving their own problems successfully by using what they have learned.
