If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me to use the information that I learnt about administration and how to set up the working environment. I doubled the amount that I was producing at work.
